Retail Product Policy

We can accept returns on retail products within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in new condition and is returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered their services.

All Nine Lives Tactical nylon products are covered under warranty for 6 months from the purchase date if a defect is found in the material or production of the product.
